Hello and Welcome To FACSAsavethechildren
Hello,
My name is Connie Lee. I am founder and president of The FACSA Foundation. We raise 45% of our funds for police internet sting operations against pedophiles; 45% for adequate legal counsel for children who are sexually assaulted;10% for operational cost.
I just wanted to let you know of some fantastic events we have coming up.
Sept 12th, FACSA is hosting a community event, where businesses, organizations, and churches, will donate their time and talents, to help the disabled, widowed, and homebound of our community. Noone will be paid, and FACSA will cover what is needed for the event, that will not be donated. It is the community giving back to the community. We hope to see you at the United Methodist Church between 61m-6pm, for however many hours of your time you can donate.
October 8, we are having a Black Tie Affair at the CAC Building in Springhill, La. , featuring "The Cooterfoot Band". They are back by popular demand and will put on an excellent show!!! The proceeds from this event will go to the Webster Fuller Center in Springhill. They will be building homes for our graduates from the FACSA Center, which is in the planning stages. The FACSA Center will be a home for abused women and children to live. Upon graduating the program, the women will be able to buy or rent a home, which the Webster Fuller Center will build.
Nov. 14, FACSA is hosting a FACSA- Stand Up America and Fight Against CHild Sexual Assault-Rally in Washington DC, at 10am, by the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. FACSA is gathering child sexual assault organizations from across the nation to speak at the national rally and to show unilateral support against child sexual assault. We feel organizations have fought hard in their communities but it is time for community to help community; Americans to help Americans, and us all to become FACSAinians for one day. Coming together as a nation, is the only way to change the social stigma of child sexual assault, public opinion, and the opinion of law makers. Pyle's Travel Coaches will drive a bus from Springhill, La., Nov. 12, late in the evening, for the 22 hour ride. We will have the rally the 14th, and return home late Sunday evening. We look forward to seeing you there.
Sincerely, Connie Lee/Founder/President of FACSA
